Bacon - Delicious Science
The atomic number of a chemical element is the number of protons (positively charged sub-atomic particles) in the nucleus of an atom. As you can see from our 'Bacon - Delicious Science' t-shirt bacon is made from Barium (Ba), Cobolt (Co) and Nitrogen (N), and that's the atomic numbers that you can see next to the chemical symbols. This shows that bacon has a total atomic number of 90 - which means that it's actually not bacon at all, but the radioactive element Thorium. No really it is, they named it after Thor the Norse God of thunder and it gives off radon-220 gas and everything. Maybe that's why it tastes so nice in a sandwich?
Bacon and on and on with this very cool retro-styled t-shirt.
