Balcony Shirts are happy to exchange or refund any goods returned to us within seven days of receipt. If you need to return an item, here's what you have to do:
1) Send an email to email@example.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return. Also let us know if you want to exchange or refund the item.
2) You will be issued with a returns reference number. Use this number in all future correspondence.
3) We will also let you know exactly how to return the goods. You are responsible for item(s) until they get back to us here so you may want to send them via an insured delivery service. You are also responsible for the cost of this delivery – unless the goods have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty. It's only fair people.
4) We'll do our best to process your exchange or refund as soon as possible, but please allow five working days before contacting us.We are happy to cover the cost of sending out your replacement items. However, footwear can be a bit heavy so we will need to charge postage again on that, unless your goods were supplied incorrectly or were faulty.
