Real Men Bake Bread

Cockney rhyming slang replaces a common word with a phrase of two or three words, and then generally omits the original rhyming word - so 'Bread' is the Cockney rhyming slang term for money, where bread and honey = money. Other commonly used rhyming slang terms include 'dog' (as in 'dog and bone') for telephone, 'trouble' ('trouble and strife') for wife and 'apples' ('apples and pears') for stairs. You can go to the rub-a-dub in your whistle and titfer for a few Britneys then if you've got any bread left you can follow it up by going down the frog with a few of your chinas for a Ruby. Something like that anyway. Perhaps we should come up with some rhyming slang for 'cool t-shirt'. If you can think of anything, let us know...
