Shipping & Delivery
Rest assured; your retro goodies will be sent out to you as quickly as possible. All items listed as being in stock will be
shipped within three working days. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries so you can expect them to arrive 1-2 days after that.
Orders over £50 are sent via Recorded Delivery so there will need to be somebody in to sign for them.
We use a flat rate pricing scheme – all UK orders under £50 will have a delivery charge of £2.50, or £4.99 if the order
includes footwear. Delivery is free on all orders over £50 - bargain!
If your order doesn't arrive within five working days, please contact us at
sales@balconyshirts.co.uk and we'll
chase it up for you.
Balcony Shirts also offers an International delivery service. For Europe our flat rate is £4.00 or £10.00 if the order
includes footwear. For the Rest of the World the charge is £4.50 or £18.00 with footwear. Delivery outside of the UK can take
anywhere between two and three weeks so please only contact us if you have yet to receive your order after that time.
