Geography - It's Where It's At
The word 'geography' literally means "to describe or write about the Earth" which is a pretty big subject if you think about it. Eratosthenes calculated the size of the Earth around 200 BC- how did he manage that then? He couldn't exactly have weighed it could he? And why did he want to do it in the first place? Perhaps he woke up one morning, wondered how big the Earth is, worked it out, then forgot all about it until one of his mates had asked him what he'd been doing that day - oh you know, woke up, wondered how big the Earth is, worked it out, I'm glad you reminded me... We'll never know for sure; but one thing we do know is that Geography is where it's at, and that's why we've produced these wonderful garments.
