St. Andrews in Fife is often referred to as 'the home of golf' which is a bit of a funny thought if you think about it. I mean, does golf, the sport, actually live there? You know, in a house or something? I went there once - they've got one of those shops where you can have a go on a sunbed. The shop was called 'Sun-Tan-Drews'. No really it was. If I'd have thought of that I'd have moved there and opened the shop myself. Probably. Anyway Jackie Leven and Gordon Brown both came from Kircaldy in Fife, where they attended Kircaldy High School at the same time. One of them became the first schoolboy in Scotland to be busted for drugs, formed cult band Doll By Doll, started an addiction charity which counted Princess Diana among it's patrons and released over thirty albums. The other became Prime Minister of Great Britain. Of course he did.
This very cool retro-styled t-shirt looks a bit like the t-shirts that they used to make with 'Choose Life' written on them. You know the ones.
