Bow Ties Are Cool
Strange but true - the bow tie originated in the 17th Century among Croatian mercenaries in The Prussian War. Notable bow tie wearers include Humphrey Bogart, Donald Duck, Charlie Chaplin, Huckleberry Hound, Stan Laurel, Mickey Mouse, Aleister Crowley, Fred Astaire, Karl Marx, Billy Bunter, Frank Sinatra, Hercule Poirot and The Penguin; Dr. Who can currently be seen sporting one (although you never know with him do you?) and let's face it, anything that's good enough for an imaginary 6 foot tall white rabbit called Harvey is good enough for us. Even The Cat In The Hat wears one, and he doesn't wear much else. Except for a hat. Obviously.
Yes it's official - bow ties are cool. Then again, so is this t-shirt.
