Mike was Ken Barlow’s arch rival and nemesis, but you probably know that too, so I’m going to talk about Johnny Briggs – the smash hit children’s TV show of the ‘80s. Did you know that Johnny Briggs’ dad was played by Leslie Scholfield, was also in Star Wars. He was the fella that was sitting next to the other fella on the Death Star who got strangled by Darth Vader. A very scary scene indeed.
