Sweatbands
Back in the olden days the humble sweatband was exclusively for tennis players at Wimbledon to mop their sweaty brow before serving. Then, in the early 1980s, after Michael Jackson started to wear them in his pop videos, every Tom, Dick and Harry was wearing one, dancers, footballers, football fans, skateboarders, BMX bikers… everyone. Then, as if by some curious Act of God, sweatbands were gone. Never to be seen again… until now! Now they're cool again and we're going to be eternally grateful for that fact. Eternally.
