Portsmouth- home of H.M.S. Victory and the world’s oldest dry dock. It’s twinned with the French town of Caen so it’s logical (in the retro t-shirt world at least) to think that if the inhabitants of said French town suddenly decide that they’re fed up with the English then they’ll keep it in the family and attack their UK twin first before starting on the rest of the country.
