At Balcony Shirts, we've been more than a little guilty of neglecting our Scottish and Welsh cousins in our "British Towns & Cities" range, so we hope this little number goes some way to redress the balance. Rhyl is a Welsh seaside town, and boy, does it look like a lot of fun.  It's been a celebrity hotbed in the past with Lisa Scott-Lee (from Steps), Owen Hargreaves (Man Utd), Lee Evans (rubber faced Norman Wisdom stunt-double) and even Ruth Ellis, who has the dubious honour of being the last woman to be hanged in the Britain.  Nice.
