Kids Hull - A Taste Of Paradise T-shirt
In the late 12th century the monks at the nearby Meaux Priory wanted to name the new town on the banks of The River Hull 'Wyke-upon-Hull' after John Wyke, the Archbishop of York. The locals refused to refer to the town by this admittedly rather unwieldy name, and so it was renamed Hull. From 1902 it was notable for being the only place in Britain to have cream-coloured public telephone boxes. Remember public telephone boxes?
Go to Hull and back with this cool kids t-shirt, available in black with a white print and in all sizes.
